Mashbill of 64% corn, 24% rye and 12% malted barley Our 6 year old rye Bourbon has a mashbill of 64% corn, 24% rye and 12% malted barley. It is made using our Sweet Mash process, using locally sourced corn and rye, and a barrel proof entry of 110 proof. It was produced in a copper pot still. In short, it’s much like our single barrel rye Bourbon but the extra two years of aging have only improved an already great tasting rye Bourbon
