Tasting notes: Fairly indistinguishable from a bourbon, with major caramel, honey, and vanilla. The barest hint of a grainy pie crust note, too, as well as some oak. Somewhat less sweet and more malt-forward than the nose, but not much. Biscuit, dried fruit, vanilla, light wood.
